Larger Visions offers leadership grants for women leaders dedicated to social change. Currently Larger Visions is offering the Women Leading Change program (WLC), created and facilitated by Kate Siner Francis Ph.D. WLC is a six-month, part-time, experience-based program designed to strengthen your leadership skills so that you can confidently lead from an aware and woman-positive orientation. WLC, uses an integrative approach, best summarized as conscious and transformational leadership, which draws from various spiritual, psychological, and philosophical traditions, as well as progressive approaches such as Buddhism, Taoism, shamanism, women’s spirituality, Rogerian Theory, Core Energetics, social psychology, crisis intervention, consciousness studies, feminism, non-linear thinking, creative thinking, and organizational development. This program is designed to help women who are dedicated to social change access and understand their personal power, provide methods for working effectively with other women, and, ultimately, turn those other women into leaders who do the same for even more women. Larger Visions offers women who demonstrate financial need and dedication to social change scholarships to attend WLC. Larger Visions also provides women interested in attending WLC internship and work study opportunities.
