December 8th, 2010 Becky Francis becomes a Larger Visions Board member
January 9th, 2011 Larger Visions becomes an official non-profit
January 22nd, 2011 Women Leading Change program begins.
February 15th, 2011 Larger Visions Director and Operations Director travel to Guatemala to begin research and networking for first safe-house.
The central purpose and role of Larger Visions is to educate and support emergent women leaders dedicated to social change as well as provide effective outreach programs for victims of gender-based violence.
-To promote and strengthen women’s leadership through progressive education and educational grants.
-To decrease the effects of gender-based violence through providing safe-houses with comprehensive programming to victims of gender-based violence.
-To increase awareness about gender-based violence and its effects through education
